Design Assist:
If you are negotiating a design-build project, we have the ability to consult with your Civil Engineer to produce feasibility and value engineering ideas. This assistance can assist you in meeting budgetary requirements or allow you to utilize budget funds for other subcontractor disciplines if required.

Constructability Review:
In conjunction with your Civil Engineer we can review drawings as they are produced and make suggestions that can be utilized to more efficiently complete our portion of the project. We will thoroughly evaluate the site to determine whether the project requires import or export of materials. This will allow us time to begin working in an effort to complete this process as economically as possible on your behalf.

Preliminary Cost Estimates:
Based on the most elementary information we can achieve budgetary pricing that can be confidently used to negotiate with your Client. Utilizing the latest laser technology and estimating software, enables us to excel in all facets of our operations. Whatever your project demands in earthwork, we will exceed those requirements.

Experience In The Field
Grading:
It?s utilizing the proper equipment with the best qualified operators to build your project right the first time. Once grades are determined by your survey crew, we?ll check and then double check before we begin the grading process.

Excavation:
It?s having a clear understanding of the business of excavation and whether it includes simple soil conditions, import, export or hard dig prominent in natural desert areas. Most shell building projects include at least some excavation work for footings at a minimum to large dig projects to account for above ground retention basins or underground detention pipe.

Paving:
It?s a combination of stone and asphalt emulsion placed in varied thicknesses (based upon the specifications) over a compacted aggregate base. Once applied upon the subsurface this process is designed to allow the finished product to drain properly. We inspect all paving upon its completion so we know the product is superior. Only then will you be notified that our portion of the project is complete.
