About Southland Paving Company
We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our company.... Southland Paving, LLC is a commercial earthwork and paving contractor that has successfully completed mid-range to large scale projects in the Phoenix Metropolitan area since 1998. Mark Rockrich, the sole proprietor of Southland Paving LLC, was born and raised in the Phoenix area and attended Northern Arizona University. After apprenticing with two local paving contractors for 16 years, Mark started Southland Paving Company to fill a void in the local market. The major piece that was missing in the local market was to provide service to General Contractors in a professional manner and to complete quality projects without change orders. We provide complete and thorough estimates that do not leave our contractors asking their clients for uncomfortable change orders. All of your Earthwork and Paving needs will be met utilizing any of the (5) crews we employ. In the field, you will work with David Rockrich, the Company?s General Superintendent, who has worked in the industry for over 25 years.
